Personal:

My husband, Russ, and I have been married for eight years.  We have two adorable boys that keep me very busy and are the main reason I don't run as much anymore!  Pushing those two in a double jogger is quite a workout!

Went to Body Pump this morning at 5:30 AM.  I missed the last two classes (one for a chance to rest my muscles and the other because I slept through the alarm), and it was amazing how much toning I missed.  It is definitely a class that I don't want to miss.  Running is great, but the toning is changing my body shape, which I love.  I didn't run today because I am hoping to do a long run in the morning.  Russ has things on Saturday morning, so I might as well get it over with on Friday!

Ran 7 miles - did the "Tingey Route" twice to up the mileage.  I am still loving those hills and got to do them twice!  I ran at 5:30 AM, so it was still quite dark out.  I think I like running while I'm still half asleep.  It makes it go by a bit more quickly.  And a little classic rock in my ears didn't seem to hurt either!

Ran 6 miles on the treadmill.  I was trying to run while both boys napped.  I was going for seven miles, but was interrupted by Cole yelling down the stairs, "Mom,  I went poop and wiped all by myself.  I am so proud of myself!"  Of course his yelling and commotion woke up Garrett, so my run was over.  Cole hasn't napped for a over a week (only one nap on Sunday for 10 days), so my running during nap time is over.  I was hoping for a seven mile pace, but I settled for a six mile pace -- I guess those cute little faces are better to look at than the treadmill!!

Ran 5.5 miles - the loop around the church and finished in 45 minutes.  Those hills are either going to kill me or make me stronger.  I am hoping for the latter...
